goFence.com is owned and operated by Winchester Research Limited, a small independent and privately owned company based near Perth in Scotland.  We think that fencing equipment is too expensive in the UK and rather than just moan about it we are tying to do something about it.

We look all round the world for high quality fencing equipment at sensible prices and then we import it to the UK.  The result is either - equipment that is comparable in quality to that of our competitors only cheaper or  - equipment that is equal in price but superior in quality.

And because we know the difficulties of buying, or selling, second hand equipment - because fencing is a comparatively small and well spread out sport - we have set up a free "Thrift Shop" to help bring buyers and sellers together.  We hope that people find the Thriftshop useful.
